2. Description of Service

CV Cleaner Pro provides CV/resume processing services including:

• Detection and removal of hidden prompt injections
• Professional CV formatting and standardization
• Bulk CV processing capabilities
• Custom branding options for output documents

3. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Credits and Payments

Our Service operates on a credit-based system:

• New accounts receive 20 free credits
• Each CV processed consumes 1 credit
• Additional credits can be purchased through our platform
• Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable
• Unused credits do not expire

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise our systems
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Use automated systems to access the Service excessively

6. Data Processing

When you upload CVs for processing:

• Files are processed using our AI-powered detection systems
• Processed files are stored temporarily for download
• You retain all rights to the content you upload
• We do not claim ownership of your uploaded content

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by CV Cleaner Pro and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

CV Cleaner Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the past 12 months.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• All prompt injections will be detected
• Processed CVs will be suitable for all purposes

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time through the Settings page.
